With reference to your letter of the 18th May,

I

am directed by the Postmaster General to say that the Postmaster General concurs in the Secretary of State's proposal as regards the information to be sent to the

Governor of Hong Kong on the subject of wireless

telegraph installations.

He desires at the same time to

state that applications such as that mentioned in the

last sentence of the letter from the Governor would not normally be granted by this Department.
